Refund policy

Returns
You can return anything within 30 days of receiving it. Just email us at knitting@knitwearlab.nl and we'll tell you how to send it back. Products should come back to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and with the original packaging and tags still attached, basically as if you'd just tried it on in front of the mirror and decided it wasn't the one.

Send returns to: Knitwear Lab, Josephine Bakerstraat 81, 1311 GC Almere, The Netherlands.

Once we've received and checked the return, we'll refund you through the same payment method you used to pay.

Exchanges
Want a different colour or size instead? Return the item you have for a refund, then place a new order for the one you actually want. Easiest for both of us.

Damaged or incorrect items
Every scarf is machine-knitted and finished by hand, and we take real care to get each one right. But mistakes happen. If something arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us before sending anything back so we can sort out the best way to fix it. We'll cover the return shipping costs, and either send a replacement or refund you, whichever you'd prefer.

Your legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period
Under EU law, you also have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy above already covers this and then some, so in practice it's the same process, just with more time than the law requires.
