Shipping policy
Processing your order
Almost everything is in stock and usually ships the next working day after we receive your payment. If a piece isn't in stock, we knit it especially for you, usually within 7 days, and we'll let you know by email no later than the next working day. You're always free to cancel or pick something else instead.
Shipping and delivery
We ship with DHL Parcel. Once your order leaves us, you'll get an email with a track and trace code.
Estimated delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days
- Rest of Europe: 2 to 10 working days
- Outside Europe: 3 to 10 working days
Shipping costs
Orders of €49,99 or more, shipped within Europe, ship free. Below that, it's €6,95 within the Netherlands and €12,95 for the rest of Europe. Shipments outside Europe are €25.
If you're ever in Almere, you're welcome to visit our (very small) knitting factory and pick up your order in person. It's the closest thing we have to free shipping with a view.
How your order is packed
Every order is packed twice: first in a Knitwear Lab gift box, then into a protective shipping bag. We hope it arrives just as nicely, ready to gift, or ready to wear.
